KENNETH J. JONES, REALTORS® was founded in January 1978 by our owner and Broker of Record, Ken Jones. We were originally known as Kenneth J. Jones Associates and were located in the Fords section of Woodbridge Township, New Jersey.

From the beginning, we dominated our central New Jersey market service areas by creating an award-winning advertising program in combination with an aggressive direct marketing system. In a short time, we developed a reputation for getting our clients the best possible deal in record time, regardless of market conditions; this is a practice and reputation we continue to enjoy.

During the turbulent years in the 1980′s and early 1990′s we diversified into several affiliate companies, each providing a specific service to address the needs of specific market sectors. This included expansion into real estate appraisal services where we became well known in the specialized area of real estate litigation.

In turn, the success of our appraisal services brought clients with real estate investment needs which lead us into providing property management and property tax assessment consulting services. As a result, all of our affiliated services have created a synergism that has resulting in the continual expansion of our real estate brokerage and investment opportunities.

Underlying our success is our extensive and innovating marketing experience, and our familiarity with the  federal and state income tax regulations as they pertain to real estate investments.
